RWK Systems – App Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how RWK Systems (“we,” “us,” “our”) handles information in connection with our mobile applications and related services (the “Apps”). This page is intended to cover all current and future RWK Systems apps, including Exercise Streaks and other iOS apps we publish under our developer account.
If an individual app has a more specific privacy notice inside the app or on the App Store page, that notice will apply in addition to this one.
1. What we do (and don’t) collect
a. Information you provide directly
Some apps may let you enter information (for example: workout names, dates, notes, preferences). This data is used only to make the app work for you.
b. On-device data
Most of our apps are designed to store data locally on your device. That means your data stays with you and is not automatically sent to us.
c. Account / identity data
Right now, our apps do not require you to create an RWK Systems account. If this changes in the future, we will update this page.
d. Sensitive data
We do not intentionally collect sensitive categories of data (health, biometrics, etc.) unless the app clearly asks for it for a feature you choose to use. If the app asks for access to Apple Health, Contacts, Photos, Location, or similar, it will be for a feature you explicitly enable and the data will be handled according to Apple’s platform rules.
2. App permissions
Some apps may request access to features on your device (for example: notifications, Apple Health, files, location). We only request permissions that are needed for features in that app. You can change these permissions in your device settings at any time.
3. Analytics and diagnostics
To understand how our apps perform and to improve stability, we may use platform-provided analytics (for example, Apple’s anonymized crash reporting). This typically includes things like device type, OS version, and crash details — not your personal notes or app content.
If we enable third-party analytics in the future, we will do so to improve the product (feature usage, performance, screen flows) and we will update this page to list those services.
4. Do we share or sell your data?
No. We do not sell your personal information.
We may share limited technical data with service providers who help us run the app (hosting, analytics, error logging), and only for that purpose.
We may disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or to investigate abuse, fraud, or security issues.
5. Children’s data
Our apps are not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
6. Data storage and retention

If the app stores data only on your device, you control it — deleting the app or its data will remove it.

If, in the future, an app syncs with our servers or a cloud service, we will keep the data only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law.
7. Your choices

App permissions: Turn off in device settings.

Notifications: Turn off in the app or device settings.

Delete data: If the app stores data locally, delete it from within the app (if supported) or remove the app.
If we launch a cloud/sync feature, we will provide a way to request deletion.
8. Third-party links
Our apps or our website (rwksystems.com) may link to other sites or services we don’t control. Their privacy practices are their own — review those policies before using them.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as we release new apps or features. We will change the “Last updated” date above when we do. Continued use of our apps after changes means you accept the updated policy.
